Corso Italia produces a complete product range of professional, flash-frozen and fresh Focaccia for Food Service, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and fast casual outlets.
We have roots in Genova, Italy, home to the greatest Focaccia traditions. We specialize in the distinctly thinner Focaccia alla Genovese
topped with carmelized onions, tomatoes, rosemary or traditional extra-virgin olive oil.
Our product range includes the versatile thicker bread-like base, flavoured to taste and used in panini.
Corso Italia's in house baker prepares and bakes these authentic specialties fresh daily.
